More Baby Blankets, Another Scarf, and Sweater Progress! I learned this weekend that a good family friend is expecting her second, due in May, so of course the very next morning I ran out to the store and bought the yarn I will use for her blanket. :) I'm not sure when I'll start it, though- probably after I finish the holiday gifts waiting in line for their turns. ;)
I'm also happy to report that I am making good progress on my second sleeve for my sweater- I finished increasing this weekend, and I should be done in the next few days, depending on how much knitting I sneak in. I'm also knitting my grandma's scarf at the same time, but since the scarf is solid white stockinette stitch (except for the fair isle bands on each end), the knitting is going quickly and mindlessly. ;) Hopefully, with the holidays coming up, I can get some good knitting in! :)
