Scoring Big at Knit Happens!
I came home from late night tonight MUCH richer than when I arrived. First, I got a killer deal on some Jaeger Matchmaker Merino -
I'm not sure if I like the color - it's a light silver-grey. But I definitely could see dyeing it... but for now, I think it'll stay in my stash until I decide what it wants to be when it grows up.
As if that wasn't enough, the lovely Kristine and Phyl-Phyl brought me something yummy from the Long Beach yarn show...
I think the color is a little lighter in person, but this yarn is fabulous. It's merino wool, cashmere, and microfiber. :) I think it wants to grow up to be a lacy scarf, but I'm not sure yet, so into the stash it'll go. :)
And no, it doesn't end there. Apparently, I'm not as "boobalicious" as Kristine, so I scored this ultra cute Gedifra shop sample. I just wish it was going to be warm enough to wear this - it's fabulous!
Oh, and to make the evening complete, I stopped by Restoration Hardware and finally picked up my foot duvets. :) They were only 60% off, but it's supposed to be freezing tomorrow, so it was time. Plus, for $7, not a bad deal!
