Taking Stock
I've finished both my sock-buddy socks, and the ipod-cozy (which started its journey to LA this morning!). Next up:
- Shedir hat for Jen (third time to make the same hat - good thing I love this pattern!)
- Mariah (I'm off of sleeve island - time to tackle the back!)
- Latvian Mittens for mom (ok, so I know mitten season is over. but I just ordered a bunch of the KnitPicks merino in a ton of different colors, so I'm making some mittens.)
- Socks! (remember all that sock yarn I got a month or so ago? I haven't even touched it. ~sigh~)
I also need to weigh the shetland vest I made for my dad a few years ago and start to design the next vest. I'm pretty much set on the colors - all shades of natural brown shetland sheepy-goodness - but I don't have the design yet. But first step is to weigh the finished vest in order to guestimate the amount of yarn I should order - last time I wildly overestimated the amounts I needed.
Tonight is late night, so hopefully I'll get a good start on Shedir. I'm also going to be ordering more yarn - my reward for doing inventory last month is that I get to order a project's worth of yarn at wholesale. Tonight, no more stalling - I'm picking my yarn and ordering it. The project will come later! :)
